Dan R. Heinrich, President & CEO

Mr. Heinrich is an entrepreneur with worldwide connections promoting environmentally friendly solutions for a myriad of residential, commercial and industrial issues. Dan specializes in projects that apply environmentally safe solutions. Products are typically non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and biodegradable. Dan has built significant networks domestically and internationally and is currently pursuing domestic and international opportunities in Ukraine, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, UAE, and the Philippines.

Dan is a principal in a number of companies, including GreenEnviroTek, ADP Holdings, Global Green Technologies, Global Products International, Renewable Diesel Corporation, and C-NERGY (a Philippine Waste to Energy and Development Company).

Mr. Heinrich has a vision to create collaborative partnerships with related technology companies.  It is his desire to create one large group of green technology companies to provide solutions across many domestic and international markets. ADP Holdings umbrella structure will collectively provide unmatched industry expertise, project and product evaluation techniques, education, funding and collaboration techniques to escalate and expedite green initiatives. Collectively, these groups of business and engineering experts will be able to discover and apply new technologies or improve upon those already in use.

One of Dan's primary roles with ADP is to link businesses globally to enable the Company to expand its reach and product offerings, ultimately forming a solid, well-known, one-stop location that can solve many of the world's most crucial environmental problems.

Dan possesses a B.S., Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University, Fresno. Prior to founding ADP Holdings, Dan worked for large IT corporations in various management positions for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Recognition Research, Inc., and SunGard Workflow Solutions.

Robert J. Morley, (Acting) Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer

Mr. Morley, a graduate of California State University, Chico, initially taught at the secondary level prior to becoming a registered Principal in 1973 with North Pacific Securities, Inc.  From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Morley was the National Marketing Director for Adaptive Communications Systems, Inc.  From 1987 to 1990, he served as a wholesaler for Huntington Energy Corporation.

With over 35 years of investment experience, Mr. Morley has been involved in all aspects of the securities industry, including equity and debt offerings, private placement in public entity (PIPE) offerings, start-ups and corporate consulting services. Mr. Morley has served as an Officer and/or Director of a number of companies during the past 30 years, including Bio-Magnetics Diagnostics, Inc. and Arena Resources, Inc., both publicly traded corporations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Essential Solutions, Inc. and Green EnviroTek, Inc.

Mr. Morley is President and a Director of Petro Consultants, Inc., a position he has held since 1993. In this capacity and as a Director of the above mentioned Companies, he has advised and assisted these Companies in their efforts to obtain capital in various forms and/or structures, and advised these Companies, and any of their affiliates, in attaining public listed status in the USA through a merger or other vehicle acceptable to Management.


Burdett L. Hallett, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Hallett, a graduate of the University of South Dakota, has 40 years of domestic and international corporate experience. Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Hallett served as Managing Partner of Hallett Consulting Services, LLC (HCS), a provider of management consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, technology, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Prior to HCS, Mr. Hallett served as President and CEO/co-owner of Matrix Imaging Products, an information systems and services company.  Prior to co-founding Matrix Imaging in 1996, Mr. Hallett served as President and CEO of Photomatrix Corporation.  Photomatrix developed and manufactured high-speed scanners for large domestic and international clients such as EDS, where he first met Dan Heinrich in 1990.  From 1980 to 1986, Mr. Hallett served as Senior Staff Consultant and Vice President, Marketing & Sales of Memcom International, an international systems integration firm with clients in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.  From 1978 to 1980, Mr. Hallett served as worldwide Marketing Manager for the Bruning Micrographics Division of AM International.  Mr. Hallett began his career as a Micrographic Sales Representative in 1970 with Eastman Kodak, where he spent eight years in a variety of sales and marketing assignments.
