Algae

Algae is quickly gaining acceptance as a potential key, plentiful source for the production of biofuels and by-products.  Unlike food-based formulations, Algae doesn't have any negative food market implications, and it can be grown virtually anywhere that is warm and sunny - in fresh or saline water.  Algae grows very quickly, requires minimal supervision, and "eats" carbon, through the photosynthesization of CO2 and nitrous oxide into oxygen to improve the environment while simultaneously producing biofuel and valuable by-products.

New Algae technology holds a promising future as a source of clean biofuel and by-products, while providing a solution to the pressing challenges of carbon sequestration.
